ELLLO is an English learning website that provide about million listening activities. Students are able to view the activities even download for free. For some another website, it just provide such the file, video or mp3 audio file without any transcript, but ELLLO does it. It provides students the transcript to ease them up in studying English. ELLLO offers variety listening activities that each target a specific listening skill, need or interest, etc.

I have sought the several interesting part in this website. ELLLO offers the diverse type or target; I don’t know it exactly, which we can seek it alone nicely. It has weekly update which is occur every weekend, Monday. There are at least provides us about 5 new listening activities ranging from interview, news, song until presentation and games.

Students are able to watch it anytime they want, whenever they are, and whatever the need. If they need to listen a talk, the can find it at topic labels talk. ELLLO also sort the topic as a great assortment. We can find the topic according to the type, level, country, or topic itself. So that it really eases us up in finding the related topic we need.

Also, ELLLO allows the students to seek the listening activities based on the accent. British accent, Finland, US, or even Indonesian. The video is nice, clear enough and easy to understand.  The games are challenging and teaching us greatly. Talks and interviews give a good knowledge. It is really interesting, isn’t it? 

Besides that all, ELLLO still has a weakness. As indeed the name, English Listening LessonLibrary Online, ELLLO only provides listening activities to learner, no others. So that it limits the student in learning another skill such reading, grammar etc. despite it all, ELLLO still be the one of the best listening website ever, in my opinion.
